In case you cannot access your website for some reason, we recommend you to check hte following things before contacting the support team:
1. Please make sure you have made the DNS changes and the domain is resolving to our server. You can find necessary DNS names in your welcome email. If you have changed the DNS, wait will DNS propagation is completed.It usually takes about 24 - 48 hours.
Please login to your client area and check that your hosting account has not been suspended for non-payment.
3. Please check if you uploaded your website inside the public_html folder and not into any other location.
4. Please check if you renamed your main page to index.htm or index.html or index.php. Please note that you should name it under small alphabetic letters. UNIX-like operating systems are case-sensitive.
5. If you cannot reach your server at all, you need to ping your server. Please run the command "ping yourdomain.com" in your command line.
If the server doesn't respond, there may be two reasons for this: either the web server is actually down or you are having internet connection problems. Try to open other websites and if everything works fine except for your website, go to https://order.pinoywebmaster.com/hosting/serverstatus.php and check the status of our server. If no post has been made there and you are still facing issues, please contact our support.
