In order to transfer your account to Pinoywebmaster you will need to do the following:
1. Create a full backup of your account in your cPanel;
2. Go to pinoywebmaster.com and order an account with us;
3. Once your account is active, you will receive a welcome email from us with all your account information;
4. Upload the backup file into your home directory on our server and submit a ticket to our technical support department and they will restore it for you.
In case your current hosting provider does not use cPanel you will need to create the archives of each part of your account separately (email, databases, website) and upload to your home directory and restore these archives on your own.
